Graphic design is the art of expressing ideas and thoughts through visual communication and making connections between people. 

As an artist I focus strongly on concept design and development in many different contexts and media. I believe that diversity is very important for an artist. Art moves people, brings them joy, makes them think and when successful in the commercial realm, moves them to action.

My design work has the same focus on communication and attention to detail. When creating a design I will consider how it will appear in  different contexts such as web delivery, mono printing and large scale banner ads. It is essential to create a design that will not only look good in various formats but be adaptable to each.

My designs maintain a creative playfulness that provide insightful, solutions to brand, identity and communications that have helped drive engagement for commercial and nonprofit clients for over 30 years.
